This can vary a lot depending on the piece in question. When the design is finalised, I will let the customer know an approximate amount of time I think it will take to complete the project. Usually 2-3 weeks for a less complex design and anything up to 6 weeks for a larger more complex piece. 

You certainly can! Through messages we can discuss the stone in question. Once I have photographs and sizes, we get the design finalised. Then the crystal can travel to me to be wrapped!

One of the main things I like to make certain of, is that my customer is completely happy with the design, price and timeframe before I even pick up my tools!

Through discussion and sketches, we finalise everything beforehand. Once the piece is complete I will send photographs of it from different angles before I ship it. I can send 'in progress' photos if requested.

Pricing is broken down into three elements. Materials, skill and time. My time is always the same amount per hour of labor. The materials depend on choice of metal/stones. 

When writing up an invoice, I always show the cost of the individual elements, so there is no confusion over what you are paying.

This very much depends on the piece you are after. I will always strive to the best of my ability to recreate where I can. However as my work is unique to each project, sometimes the stones might be difficult to source. We would work together to come to an agreeable solution.

Yes! I can ship anywhere. The only difference is the price of postage. I will only ship precious pieces with total security of tracking etc.
